WEBSITE & ENQUIRIES

Privacy Policy

How we handle information shared through this website and commercial enquiries.

About this policy

This policy covers information handled through the MBREY Telecom website and its commercial enquiry form. MBREY Telecom operates from Morocco. It does not describe the processing of call records or information collected through a separate telecom service agreement.

For a privacy question or request, contact sales@mbreytelecom.com.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, company, work email, business/activity, request purpose, selected service, requested destinations and routing priority. You may also provide estimated monthly minutes, peak concurrent calls, an offer preference and notes. Your confirmation that you checked the request and agree to be contacted about it is included in the submitted request.

The website generates a request reference to identify the submission and manage retries. We also receive information you choose to include in subsequent emails. Please provide only information relevant to your business enquiry; do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or individual callers’ data.

Why information is used

Information is used to review and answer your enquiry, discuss current rates or a quote, assess requested destinations and technical requirements, organise a possible route test and maintain correspondence about that request. Security-related information is used to prevent abuse, accidental duplicate delivery and submission failures.

The enquiry confirmation does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing communications. This website does not operate an advertising or audience-analytics programme.

Submission and email communication

The form sends your request to the MBREY Telecom backend on the same website. The backend delivers the enquiry by authenticated SMTP to sales@mbreytelecom.com. Your validated work email is used as the reply address. A successful acknowledgement means the email provider accepted the message for delivery; it does not prove inbox arrival.

If automatic submission is unavailable, “Send by email” opens your email application with the request information in a prepared email link. You must send the message yourself. Opening that link does not confirm submission or receipt. Your email service then handles the message under its own terms.

Technical information and security

The enquiry backend maintains delivery status, security counters and keyed hashes associated with request references, email addresses and request content to manage abuse and duplicate submissions. These hashes are pseudonymous security data, not anonymous analytics. The enquiry database does not store the complete form contents; those contents are included in the enquiry email.

The application validates submissions, limits requests, escapes visitor content in email templates and keeps email credentials on the server. Its diagnostic messages use fixed categories rather than enquiry contents or secret values. Hosting and email infrastructure may also process connection and delivery information for operation and security. No method of transmission or storage can promise absolute security.

Browser storage and optional actions

This website does not implement analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, visitor accounts or a CRM integration. The enquiry application does not save your form contents in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Form information remains in the page’s memory while the page is open; starting a fresh enquiry clears previous summaries and the generated email handoff.

If you choose to copy or download a completed request, its contents are placed in your device’s clipboard or downloaded file. A manual email handoff includes request information in the generated mailto link. These actions depend on your browser, device and email application. The language selector itself does not store personal information.

Service providers and international processing

The website’s hosting and email infrastructure uses Hostinger. Hosting, database, mailbox and email-delivery services may handle website or enquiry information as necessary to operate those services.

Information may be processed outside Morocco depending on hosting, mailbox and email-routing arrangements, including the service you use to send email.

Retention

The retention principle is to keep enquiries and correspondence only for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain a relevant business discussion and address operational or security issues, then delete or appropriately minimise them.

Application security records have bounded expiry and are removed through the backend’s cleanup process. They are separate from enquiry emails. Expiry in the enquiry database does not delete an email or a provider backup.

Questions and requests about your information

You can contact sales@mbreytelecom.com to ask about information you submitted, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. We may need enough information to locate your request and verify that it relates to you; please do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate channel.

Requests will be considered in light of applicable requirements and any information that must reasonably be retained.
